Applies to all US shipments. Currently we don't ship outside USA.

How do I contact customer service about my order or any other question?

Call/Text us at: 347-842-0900. We will be happy to to help. If you are new to CBD, check our our guide What is CBD? Still got questions? Get in touch with us either phone, text or email and we would love to answer your questions about CBD.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 7 days via USPS First Class Mail or UPS ground with tracking.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse,  you will get either an email or a text (if you choose to get text messages instead of emails when you ordered) with a link with the tracking number that you can track your order with.

What is your return policy?

We’re sure you’ll love Pets Strong products, but if for some reason you are not happy, return your Pets Strong product within 30 days of ordering and we’ll refund it. When we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method used. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show up in your account.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. Just call (347) 842-0900 and we will get you the replacement product out immediately.
